Responding to increasing concerns over climate change, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), and World Bank Tokyo Development Learning Center (TDLC) have jointly developed an eight-week blended distance learning program on “Science and Policy of Climate Change”.
