This report includes recommended norms for the five basic services and their components as suggested by various organisations. The basic service includes water supply, sewerage, solid waste management, primary education and preventive health care. The investment needs required for provision, operation and maintenance of basic services in various states are also discussed.

this Report includes data for 248 urban local bodies (ULB) of Maharashtra collected for the project - Performance Assessment System (PAS). It includes data on key indicators developed on water supply, sanitation and solid waste management. It provides data on service level, coverage, effeciency, finance, cost recovery, ULB capacity and equaity in service delivery.

The report contains the information on status of all class I, class II and Municipal Corporations in water supply, sewarage collection treatment and disposal. It evaluates the system on various parameters like coverage, supply in lpcd, water charges, billing and collection.

Water resources information of the Bundelkhand region about water demand, availability, supply and accessibility and information on sanitation practices like toilets, personal hygiene, solid waste management, liquid waste disposal and availability of water for sanitation.

Provide indicators and parameters for assessment for Service Level Benchmarking (SLB). It provide details of pilot cities on water supply, sewerage, solid waste management and storm water drainage. it also provide the list of data sets required to calculate the indicators.

Yearly data on access to improved sanitation. seperate data for rural and urban. information on number of flushed toilets, dry latrines, septic tank, piped sewer system is provided.

Data of water demand, source, sewage treatment and disposal of all districts of Aurangabad region. Water Quality in Rivers at different villages in Aurangabad region is also measured.
