White precipitate in borewell water and rice turns reddish in colour when cooked - Can you provide the contact details of someone who can test the water quality

I have new borewell which is about 95 meter depth. Initialy there were a foul smell for the water and hence we were using it for irrigation purpose - for about one month. After this period the smell has gone and we started using it for drinking and cooking.

When we boil the water to make the drinking water white precipitate is found at the bottom, we wre using steel pot for boiling water. is it harmful drink this water?

When we cooked rice, the color of rice is getting redish. what could be the problem?

When the borewell was made the water was tested by the authorities and certified that water is good !!! but i would like to test the water quality. Can you provide me with address of any organization who can test the water quality.
