I am working at a solar plant at Balangir district in Orissa. We need to avail permission for installing a 6" borewell for cleaning related domestic requirements of our plant. Typically, our usage lies between 2000-3500 ltrs on a non-rainy days while <200 ltrs on a rainy day. We have built up in a land measuring about 35 acres. If anyone could help me telling where do we need to approach for a proper departmental / local administrative permission?
