We got the borewell digged during may 2010 in Kanakapura road Bengaluru. Total length is around 650 ft and casing pipe is around 25 ft. Motor is laid for 550 ft. Whenever it rains we get muddy water. We had to remove the motor once and clean it up around 3 months back. It is not working again. The suspecion is casing pipe is too short.
Can we increase the casing pipe length? What is the procedure? Will it affect the borewell? How much it might cost? Does it require redrilling of the borewell?
