What is the minimum distance to be maintained from a failed borewell while digging a new one

Hello,

I had a 4" bore last year but it failed. I have new bore with 2" inch diameter just about 1 feet away from the previous bore. Screens(filter) have been placed at 22 ' and 31 feet with just 1 foot extra after 2nd screen.

  1. I need your suggestion on followings:
  2. Is 1 foot extra pipe from 2nd screen sufficient?
  3. Will this create screen clogging problem?
  4. What type of pump should I use?
  5. What is the minimum distance to be maintained from this failed borewell while digging a new one
