I am a member of cooperative housing society ltd in Vadodara, Gujarat. One of our members sold off his property without the prior notice and N.O.C. taken from the society as per the mandatory requirements of the cooperative societies Act 1961. The person who has purchased the land has drilled a borewell in the premises, I wanted to know that what are the laws that may be applicable to get sealed the said borewell.
