What are the biggest urban water challenges in both large and small cities

Hi,

I would like to know what the top 5 urban water challenges are in the largest Indian cities, and the top 5 in the smaller ones. I understand there will be overlap, but I am trying to understand sprawl, and given land and water are my interests, I would like to know the most significant challenges. If the question is too abstract, then please focus on NCR.
