Dear Sir,
I have house in a gram panchayat area. Just in front of my house another person has dug a well, which is just 45 feet from my house. He is trying to dig his well deeper using explosives (dynamite) and there are 2 more houses of other villagers near this well (which is also at about the same distance, around 45 to 50 feet).
Can you please advice me on how we can protect our houses & stop the well owner from using explosives for digging his well. Are there any legal provisions to stop this?
