How can we assess the quantity of water consumed in an hotel if it is not fitted with a water meter. The purpose of the assessment is for billing the consumer of Kerala Water Authority for the period in which water was consumed without meter. The information provided will help me formulate an outline to assess the bulk quantity of water consumed by non domestic consumers like Hotels,Restaurants without fixing water meter.
Are there any National Building code, IS, CPHEEO norms with regard to this issue?
