My relative in K.R.Puram, Bangalore is being denied water supply due to the existence of a sump. The sump is just outside the house and has a capacity of 250 liters. A pump is used after the sump to raise water to overhead tank. No official intimation has been received and water supply has been cut off.
What are the solutions possible in this situation?
