I am from Machilipatnam, AP. I have a house of 12 flats, we use bore water for all our household activities (Bathing, washing etc) . The Tank capacity is around 6000 ltrs. However our bore water color got changed(odor less). We changed the location of the borewell couple of times, after 15-20 days of usage the water turns into reddish and greenish color.
We approached a local RO plant installer and asked for solution. He suggested water filteration method by passing through 2 cylider like containers (each 110 ltr capacity), one filled with activated carbon and another with sand and iron(it is like iron ore). We still have color in the water. I am here with attaching the results from the testing done by our local district water board. Can you please suggest what has to be done to remove color and other impurities, so that we can safely use this water for household activities.
