I live in Palam colony - New Delhi. We have only one source of water which is our borewell, the current depth of our borewell is 220 feet and now we are in water crises as there is no more water at this particular depth and Delhi police is not allowing us to do a new borewell or increasing the depth of the existing one.
We are able to get by with water from a neighbhor's borewell on a temporary basis. What are the options that I have in order to resolve the issue at hand? From where can I source water?Can I recharge my existing borewell? Will an appeal to the Delhi Jal Board help?
