Water from 1000 ft borewell comes mixed with dust & small stones - Motor gets troublesome often- What is the solution?

I dug a 1000 feet borewell and now the bore water comes out with dust and small stones. Every 4 months, something goes wrong with the borewell motor. How can I rectify this?
