I am a chemical engineer (pursuing my final year). I've always wanted to enhance things and now looking at the poor quality of "potable water" in my locality these days, i was just wondering of setting up a small scale mineral water plant (not like the ones for manufacturing 1 litre bottles but for the 20litre capacity ones).
And I would like to know what are the costs involved like the equipment requirement, land requirement, and any such financial factors.
