Want to know about a different nutrient,other than urea and cow dung, for growth of microbes in aeration tank for the paper industry

sir, i am working in paper industry, we try to use goodand easily available nutrient for the growth of microbes. so please give me information about different nutrient other than Urea and cow dung and how to use those nutrient.
