Hello Experts,
Greetings to all of You!
I'm planning to dig a borewell around my house for a pure residential purpose, as there is a huge public water scarcity. Despite that, my first attempt to locate the water source with the help of a geologist; the geologist located a point and said there's a water source at 400 ft and can fetch upto 3 inches of water and second source perhaps at 600 ft and 6 inches of water. I'm most likely to go with 400 ft and with 3 inches of water as this is strictly for residential purpose only. I've few questions which i would like to ask and clarify,
The water source point is at a distance of about 20-30 mts from my house (behind my house is our own agri land) and there are neighbouring borewells (there're two borewells; one to my left and one at right) in the close proximity of my land at 30-50 mts respectively.
Will it impact my water source at 400 ft as it is in the middle of it and they have gone undergroud up to about 800-900 ft. Do I need to take any precutionary measures to do a risk analysis as to plan to dig further? Any expert ideas or suggestions, please advice.
Regards,
Ramesh kumar A
