This is Manjunath. I have a piece of property 15' x 30' (450 sq ft) in Bangalore (main city) which is in a residential area filled with lots of houses. I am demolisihing the constructed old house within a year and I want to build a new home but before that I want to dig a borewell in my site and then construct the house.
I have seen many neighbours dig borewells as and when required, but my question is, I want to legally dig a borewell at my site before construction. Please inform me about all the formalities I have to adopt, I need your clarification.
