I have been reading your many articles and research papers and liked it very much. I am a civil engineer working as planning and environment consultant based at Surat, Gujarat. A couple of days back I came across a consultancy tender regarding the preparation of Detail Project Report (DPR) of sewerage systems of different villages/towns of Gujarat for Govt. of Gujarat which includes design and solution to existing and new technique design solution. I request you to have a look at that tender. The project is very big in quantum and it will also help in collection of many important data.
I request u to look at it and if not possible give some reference who have done similar nature of projects. I am very very eager to be part of this project. Please reply to me at the earliest (the pre bid meeting will be on 11 September). I am really willing to work for this project. It will be great pleasure to work with you.
