I am a sharia expert in Islamic Law. A research has been commission on waters issues. To determin some direction of research I need a sample of Urban water supply terms and conditions, perhaps on the application forms etc.
In particular I am faced with two queries:
- Domestic non-commercial water supply by municipal corps. terms and conditions (whether water can be stored and later supplied to others for a fee?
- Definition of Urban Commercial water supply and its extent of use. Can commercial connection holders provide water to their clients for a fee?
