There have been talks of 24X7 water supply through PPP models/privatisation models at Bengaluru, Dharwad and some other towns in Karnataka.
Since when was this started? Is there any document that will give an assessment of this experiment? I want to compare it with the Delhi Jal Board's similar plans in Delhi.
