We are trying to install water meters in our apartment complex. Need help on following two aspects:
1. We have main concealed stop cock in bathrooms for the apartment. The stop cock is similar to the pic attached. We dont want to break tiles since owners will not allow that. Can we somehow smartly dismantle this stop cock and extent the pipe and run meters.
2. To save water we reduced the water pressure in the apartment using this stop cock. However owners are smart and go back and increase the pressure. Is there some kind of replacement stock cock we can install which will have some kind of lock so that owners cannot touch it. Ideally we would like a solution where we do not have to do civil work.
