I have a house at Vellore Tamil Nadu. The Exisiting bore well is of 105 feet deep, 4.5 inches dia. The water level has gone down. While drilling this borewell drilling rod got struck and was not removed. I am planning to drill another browell of dia 6.5 inches. What is the safe distance to drill? The maximum space availabe is 10 ft. What will be the associacted risk in doing this if any?
