Please suggest how to develop the MLSS concentration in pharma effluent. The plant has a capacity of 4000 liter and the entire Effluent Treatment Process is batch wise. The current ETP operating is zero MLSS concentration with high COD in Aeration Tank. There is no treatment happening in the treatment plant.
