Suggest ways to treat borewell water which has salty taste - TDS level of water is >500 ppm and hardness is >1000 ppm

The TDS level of water from our borewell in Panvel, Navi Mumbai is >500 ppm and hardness is >1000 ppm.

The water from the borewell tastes salty and soap doesn't produce foam in this water. Please suggest treatment so that this water can be used for domestic and potable purpose.
