Submersible pump got stuck and pipe broke in a 700 ft deep borewell

Hi,

I need a solution for lifting a submersible pump that got stuck in the borewell 700 ft deep. While trying to pullout the pvc flexible pipe, it broke at 100 ft. Need solution to pull out 600 ft remaining pipe. We are ok, if the motor doesn't come out.
