Namaskara. Please clarify on the following issues
1. Is it mandatory to provide standby pump drives in STP and WTP to ensure reliability and continuous operation?
2 If so, should the sanctioned Electricity correspond to only loads connected for normal operation or should the sanctioned power be increased to include all the standby loads?
3 If the sanctioned load corresponds to only connected loads for normal operation, not including standby loads, according to the Electricity act, can penalty be levied citing unauthorised connected load.
