We got a borewell dug at our place through "Ganga Borewells" , Hebbal, Bangalore. I must warn everybody that these guys lack any hospitality or even responsibility. We were told that they will be using a slow rig, instead they brought a gas bore and also, that the work wil be done in two days, for sure. They dug up 50 feet and encountered a boulder. Conveniently, they chose another spot and dug up 305 feet using a slow rig(first 50 feet) & gas bore(remaining 255), and this dragged upto 10 days!
Its been 20 days since the digging and now when we tried fitting a pump, it was successful only upto 80 feet because, further down, we only found silt.
I would like get a few suggestions for this problem.
