I am looking forward to start a clinic in ground floor of a building. My approximate usage per day will be around 5 liters of water only ( mainly for hand wash.) The height of the terace will be around 12 feet from the ground level.

1)Wat is the most cost effective plan to deliver water?
2)Is having a syntex or water tank is the only option?
3)Is there any option to have a water storage system in side the clinic?
