I am living for quite some time in a locality in Jammu & kashmir. A new construction nearby wastes a lot of water and this has been happening since last 3 or 4 years. I have observed that the overhead tank overflows daily for a long period of time. This huge amount of water just goes to waste on daily basis.
I have learnt that the owners have not installed a proper water supply and stoppage system and because of this, water overflows everyday. They have wasted gallons of water, and this should not be allowed. Should not the authorities look into this and fine the individuals for this wastage?
Who can I complain to? I would like to stop this water wastage, I have watched it for many years now..
