The sale of bottled pure drinking water is regulated by certain laws. What laws are applicable if an individual wants to provide drinking water from a water dispenser/water cooler. I wish to understand the situation where one wishes to do away with the packaging and wishes to purify/ filter water on site by water filter/water coolers and provide it as per glass and/ or per litre in open container.
For simplicity, Lets assume a situation where I wish to dispense water from a 20 litre bisleri pack to smaller users.
