I plan to drill a borewell in my village in Jharkhand. The problem is recently I came to know that residue sand has been dumped by local people. The rig people are unwilling to start the work.
My question is will sand deposit which have been there for years affect the rig? Is it possible to have both handpump and a provision for electric pump? Since I can't afford another land please suggest an economical solution.
