I have a borewell 300 feet deep that gives water 200 litres per hour in summers, which is not sufficient for our family needs. Water is slightly more in winters upto 1000 lph.I am confused as to whether I should dig a new borewell or drill the existing one further deep. Last time, the borewell agent had stopped digging at 300 feet, because of the presence of rock. Our area is hilly and there is water scarcity. Kindly suggest as to what needs to be done in this case.
