Rainwater harvesting design for 13.5 acres plot with 150 houses in Bangalore, Karnataka

Ours is a 13.5 acres property with 150 houses. We have 6 borewells out of which some have gone dry or bad. From the long term perspective we are looking at the best method to harvest rain water. We need references/contacts of the good and reputed rain water consultants who can survey the property, look at existing infrastructure and suggest what is the best method for harvesting.
