Query regarding a failed borewell in a farm land - How can it be revived and the yield increased?

Hello Sir/Mam,

I want to ask a question related to a bore well in my Farm land .

We were drilling a borewell in farm land and it is declared failed. Please have a look at below facts and let me know if it is really fail or not, or are there any chances of it being successful.

1. We started drilling in black soil in our farm , and around 80 feet we got water , we continued till 90 feet and then yellow soil

appeared which continued for next 3-4 feets and disappeared. Drilling continued till 125 feet and ( 2 inch ) water was available till this depth . But in hope of getting more water we continued drilling till 220 feet , there was no water after 125 feet to 220 feet ( hard stone ) .

From 220 feet to 250 feet , drilling was very fast and easy ( it seems it was very soft material or hollow ) .

We had water till 125 feet which disappeared when we drilled till 250 feet.

2. After 3-4 hours of stopping the drilling the bore was filled with water which was only 30-40 feet empty from top , it means it was filled 220 feet , that water is still there after 10 days . I want to know what are chance that this bore will yield water and its

successful .

3. Casing is there till 100 feet .

40 feet from bottom -- netted casing .

60 feet from top -- solid casing.

Please tell me ,

1. what are chances of this bore well being successful ?

2. Is there any way through which we can fill the bore well back till 125 feet and utilise that water which was

available from 90 - 125 feet ?

Thanks ,

Anuj.
