Query from Nashik, Maharashtra - Can the water from kitchen and bathroom be recycled to water plants.Does it need to treated before reuse?

We wish to reuse the water from bathrooms and kitchen from our training center hostel for our garden. What treatment is needed for this and can this water be treated to recycled for use in WC flush system also.
