Query about newly dug borewell in hill station

We recently dug bore of 500 feet in Yercaud(TN).Initially there was no trace of water during drilling and found only rocks starting from 7 feet until we stopped the drilling at 500 feet.Later after few days,we just tried to check if any water was there by dropping stone and we could hear tickling sound of the water and then measured using rope and found water level of 120 feet(@380 feet).Since then we can notice stable water level of 120 feet(@380 feet) for the past 10 days .Now my query is if the water will be consistently at the same level ever?Or this is just a temporary phenomena. Few people reccomend to do blasting at multiple depths to crack the rocks to increase the water level. Is that right? The reason I am asking this is if we need to install compressor and piping,it is going to cost me another huge amount and will it be worth that in the present situation?Already spent a huge amount for drilling activity.
