I live in Delhi and we get water supply in our house only for few hours a day. We do not get water on it's own pressure but need to use a booster pump. We do not have an underground tank at home but use a singed tank on ground and we pump water from Jal board line to this tank. When this tank is full we pump water to overhead tanks by using another pump.
Of late we have been experiencing problem of air in the line that connects Jal board water supply to our booster pump. Since the water pressure is very low the pump gets 'air' which needs plumbers help.
I have been trying to get professional help to sort out this problem. Unfortunately most plumbers work on hit and try method only. Can someone suggest to me suitable pump that does not get air even on dry running?
Does anyone know of any professional water expert who can give some solid suggestions?
