In West Bengal, a company named MPS Food Products Ltd, has recently launched their drinking water plant, and they claim that their drinking water is from borewells. This company's factory is based in Jahargram, West Midnapore, West Bengal. In this area, there is a drinking water crisis.
My question to all members of the India Water Portal community is whether this company is doing the right or wrong thing legally ? If its illegal, then how can I take action against them ?
