Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to request you to please tell me how the Annual Precipitation, Average Annual Water Resources and Utilizable Water Resources (Surface as well as Ground Water) in a state is calculated. This considering that a state in Meghalaya receives precipitation mainly as rainfall and there is no precipitation in the form of snow in the state. The data should be in BCM.
