Ph 8.0, chloride 210, total Hardness as CaCO3 mg/l - 1250 - Is this water fit for drinking and cooking purpose?

We have tested the water from our borewell in Pune tested in a lab.

The water results are as follows:

PH - 8.0
Total Hardness as CaCO3 mg/l - 1250
Chloride - 210
 
Would like to know whether this water is useful for drinking and cooking. I would also like to know what are the acceptable limits for the above parameters.
