I am in the process of developing a 2 acre farm near Mahabalipuram, TN. I don't have a power connection and it is not likely to come through in the next 6-12 months. I am planning to dig a bore well of 120 feet. What options do I have to pump water when no electricity is available? Would Borewell compressor pump driven by diesel engine work? I am not convinced about submersible pump run by generator. I think it will be quite expensive. Please advice. Thanks very much.
My water requirement per day should not be more than 5000 litres.
