Need suggestions for resolving a problem with borewell functioning

Hello,

We are from Salem, Tamilnadu. We have a borewell which is 10 years old. It is a 6" bore with a depth of 600 feet. We are using a 5HP compressor type motor with HDPE pipe. Please note that the HDPE pipe originally installed was 500 ft and was later cut down to 400 in 2005, 350 in 2010 and 300 in 2012 due to silt deposit. Recently there was a problem with the foot valve and it had to be replaced.

When we tried pulling the HDPE pipe it refused to budge more than 5 feet. Ultimately it was removed using a chain block.

When we tried putting the pipe back it did not go more than 100 ft. The plumber told us that we had to get the borewell flushed. We got the borewell flushed upto 600 feet. Silt and some stones were removed.The next day we tried putting the HDPE pipe back and it did not go more than 200 feet, that too with great force.

We have already spent about Rs 45000/- to refresh/revive this bore and we are not in a capacity to drill another bore at our site. Can you suggest what needs to be done please.
