I am Ramanathan 35 male from Tamil Nadu state in India. I am very interested in agriculture development. In my district the farmers are doing mono crop in Paddy. Some time, because of low rain the people can not do the mono crop also.
For irrigation, people want borewell for their agriculture need.
Kindly guide me how to get the borewell to the poor farmers.
