I recently started digging an open well near my house. After 12 ft depth, it seems like there is a rock and explosives have to be used for further digging. Now the problem is that there are two more houses nearly 50 meters away from this well. If I choose to use explosives for further digging, will it damage these houses? Do I need any legal sanctions for this? If so, where doI get it from?
