Need to set up a water purification plant for the long run in Chittoor, AP - Need details of finance options

Dear sir,

I am chakravarthy,residing in Renigunta,Chittoor district,Andhrapradesh.Iam planning for a set up of water plant in my home.

Already we have a borewell and we checked the water having TDS of 1200. My queries are:

1.How to find out the ground water is enough for setup a water plant for long run?

2.can we do the water plant with capital investment of 3 lakhs for a 2000Lt/hr ?

3.Any scheme is available for support of finance ?

4.withwhom i need to contact for more information?
