I live in an Apt complex and the ground water from the tank contain suspended filth (probably from dirty tank but the apt maintenance folks claim they are clean) that clogs washing machine and I worry that it will create problems with water heater also. While I currently use a nylon mesh filter at the tap for showering purpose, I was wondering if there is a way to attach a filter for the whole apt supply. Thanks for any information.
