I am looking for a portable product like this but unable to get it anywhere in india. can any of u please suggest?

Basically I need a portable one like that to pump out remaining water out of sump for cleaning purposes. Sadly I am not getting one at all
I do not want a submersible pump unless it has some huge advantage over non-submersible pump.
Please help me.
