We are expecting BWSSB water and sewerage pipeline to show up in our area in about a year. Our apartment has been fully constructed by 2000. It occupies an area of 70000 sq ft and has 132 flats with daily discharge of about 90000 LPD. When the apartment was occupied there was no requirement to have an STP. However there has been no BWSSB piping in the area too for so many years.
I would like to know that in this context, what are the latest guidelines with respect to STP applicability to our apartment as specified by PCB and whether the BWSSB has any guidelines or not to provide water and sewerage connection to large apartments.
