I own a farm which touches irrigation lake from one side. I have a borewell which is more than 35 meters away
from my boundry that touches the lake. Please let me know if I am required to pay any charges for using such
bore well to water my plantations? I shall be thankful if you could furnish me full details such as under what
provisions and rates etc.
